Having trained and taught for a number of years full time, I have had a great deal of experience.  I have taught in Primary, Secondary, Higher Education settings and furthermore in Adult Education.   My style of delivery is engaging and informative, it is paced at a level to ensure that you are challenged but not so rushed that you cannot digest what you are learning.  I enjoy interacting with people recognising that the aim of training is to leave you feeling that you have gained knowledge and understanding that can be implemented into your work.

Examples of courses that I have created and delivered include Peer Mentor training (for schools), Pastoral Support workshops (offered within a local Church context) and a training package for those wishing to Counsel Children and Families.   I have experience of work with both Volunteers and Professionals, recognising the very important role that each contribute to the field of People Development.

If you are exploring the possibility of providing some training and would like to invite me to be a part of this, please be in touch.
